I am a happily married guy with 3 daughters (yes I am very spoiled). We live in Southwest Minneapolis Mn. I recently took a year off endurance training and focused on sitting around the gym. Well, I did occasionally pick up heavy objects, only to set them down again. Can you believe I gained 30 pounds as a result of this mindless activity? Bottom Line: I am committed to making a come back to endurance sports this year. That is what real athletes do!

He walks .5 miles to the pool, swims 1+ miles and walks back home 6 days a week(and he is extremely fast)! Plus he competes in many local meets, what an inspiration!
